Museveni narrates Kabamba attack events, a turning point in Uganda’s liberation journey

On February 6, 1981, Museveni launched a guerrilla war with 41 fighters, with only 27 armed with guns and pistols and attacked Kabamba Military School. This bold move launched a 5-year guerrilla war that liberated Uganda. 

Led by President Yoweri Museveni drove along Masaka-Nyendo-Katigondo-Ssembabule road in an old truck with one mission, to attack Kabamba Military Barracks and grab as many guns as possible so that they start a revolution to overthrow President Milton Obote.

Launches Sowing The Mustard Seed second edition

On 7th February, 2016 President Yoweri Museveni launched the 2nd edition of his book “Sowing The Mustard Seed” that he edited himself. During the launch that took place at Serena hotel, Museveni said, that he decided to rewrite it personally so that he could tell a clear story. He also said the first edition had grammatical mistakes and therefore he had instructed the editors not to edit the second edition. This book talks about his life, education, liberational wars and victory to presidency.

President Museveni received Revolutionary Leader Of All Times Award At Pan African Pyramid Global Awards 2024 organised by the Pan African Pyramid forum, which is an intellectual non partisan discussion forum built on the Pillars of Pan-Africanism, Patriotism and Nationalism whose Ideal is to revive intellectual discourse among the youths with a bias of reconstructing our lost Pan Africanism, patriotism and Nationalism Values and spirit.
