Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and his parents travelled 27 miles to Kinoni where they stayed at a family friends’ home for some days until Aug 3, 1947, when he was baptized at Kinoni, Rwampara Anglican Church. In his father’s arms, the priest sprinkled little water which signified that he had joined Christianity.
