President Museveni pledges renewed cattle restocking program for Acholi Sub-Region

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni reaffirmed the government's commitment to revamp the cattle restocking program in the Acholi Sub-region, saying the initiative will help restore livelihoods and transform the local economy.
